This is a large window graphic I designed while in Xmi. Bannon Commercial Properties had a prime retail space to rent in the prestigious Ilac Centre in the heart of Henry Street. This area is the Northside equivalent to Grafton Street in South Dublin, and is lined with high-end retailers and draws a high footfall every day. The aim of the piece was to highlight the retail space available within the centre, and specifically, in the space behind the graphic.

With a striking yellow base, I used the structure of the building to provide a grid for the piece. Construction workers were shown alongside contemporary fashion models, showing simultaneously that the space was available and what type of tenant would be suitable for take it. This eye-catching advert stood only for several weeks until a tenant was found.
